(Even if you're not *using* CloseView, having it installed causes problems. You have to remove it, or mark it Inactive in the Icon Info window.) CloseView causes the conceptual super-hires screen to be in bank 1 instead of bank $E1, so there are problems when the application assumes the screen is always in bank $E1.
