F.E.SYSTEMS ENTERS AGREEMENT WITH SHEPPYWARE


SheppyWare and F.E.Systems are pleased to announce a new partnership
through which Apple IIgs emulation on both BeOS=AE and MacOS=AE platforms will
gain momentum.

Sweet16, F.E.Systems' leading Apple IIgs emulation software for BeOS=AE, will
be continued by SheppyWare's Eric Shepherd. Having released numerous
products for the Apple IIgs including the 1998 Apple IIgs blockbuster game
Wolfenstein 3D and WebWorks GS, Mr. Shepherd, who is currently working for
Be Inc., is the one who has the expertise to guarantee a quality code base.

By outsourcing the Sweet16 product into capable hands, F.E.Systems is able
to focus entirely on Bernie ][ The Rescue again. SheppyWare and F.E.Systems
will jointly develop their products and share their efforts for the benefit
of both platforms and ultimately the users of Sweet16 and Bernie ][ The
Rescue.
