FontPimp 1.0, a utility for the GS to convert Windows TrueType fonts into TrueTypes you can use on your GS with Pointless! Windows TrueTypes are everywhere, and now you can make use of them. FontPimp will convert the WinTT's into GS TT's, plus let you edit the name of the font (as seen under Pointless or in font menus) and change the style settings (plain or bold/italic/both) and the family ID#. I've been testing this for awhile; and am up to beta-11. It appears to work on 98% of the Windows TrueTypes we've tested it on and my set of TrueTypes has doubled in the last month from it. :) No release date set as yet (still ironing out the bugs and working toward 100% of fonts since some are tweaky), but this isn't vapor -- it does exist, does work, and will be coming out when it is all-clean. << mushroom >> |"Life is funny.
