Press F3.

F3 will switch between white monochrome and color (when green monochrome
isn't on).
F4 will switch between white monochrome/color and green monochrome.
F5 will switch on two-page view where you can view two video pages at the
same time (when green monochrome isn't on).
F7 will switch between full speed and the delayed speed (if it is set in
the control panel).
F9 will enter the built-in 65C02 debugger.
F10 will get you to the control panel.
F12 simulates the Reset key.

I wonder if F1, F2, F6, F8, and F11 do anything. I've never tried them.
