I do it now with Proterm : 3.1. I believe the FAQ say's that GNO has yet to be able to Boot : Prodos 8 Applics. Suggestions; maybe AMATERM 2.0 . I don't know : what file's /.rc's I need to make/edit to get this to work ! : This is certainly possible; but, rather confining. Simply make as much room on a System 6.0.1 startup disk as possible, place kern as start then narrow down all that you want from the various 'partitions' of GNO/ME, place these partitions in the Sytem Folder with kern and initrc and edit the namespace file (in /etc) to reflect this. I would suggest copycat rather than amaterm, simply because the vt100 emulation is still rather buggy. You can launch ProDOS 8 from GNO/ME; but, GNO/ME is not active during its use. Besides removing P8 will free up some space from the disk. My setup is similair but I use one Zip100 for GNO/ME and one Zip100 for ProDOS 8 and 'normal' GS applications. This is also due to the incongruency between GNO/ME and other applications (this was I keep them seperated). salut sCOTT --
