You create or import a 640*200 16 color dithered (use the standard palette) and save it from paintworks gold or Dreamgraphix... don't use Deluxe Paint II or Platinum because you may have problems with pictures (DPII just use four color...). You start SuperConvert 3.01 (or later), you load your picture and you save it with the 'init' option in 'save options'.
