If AW 4.x, just choose DJ 500 portrait or something like that from the printer list. If an earlier AW, you will need to create a custom printer. Email for codes. Depending on your parallel card you will need to change the printer interface code. The cards manual should have the necessary code. Also, at least with a Grappler + card, the 'Needs LF' in the printer code area should be Yes instead of No. If the HP just keeps printing on one line without advancing, make this change. On the DJ 520 itself, the first 4 bank A switches must be set Up Down Up Down - this sets ASCII as the default font.
