Quite unlikely that Radio Shack will have them. The ones I bought were from a local electronics parts store, and they were the only one in the city that would order them for me. The part numbers for the 2 1/2 TTL's I bought were: SG531PHC-50.0000 (50MHz good for 12.5MHz) SG531PHC-60.0000 (60MHz good for 15 MHz) I also ordered some full sized TTL's by mistake that are good for Zip's: SG51PH-50.0000 (50MHz good for 12.5MHz) SG51PH-55.0000 (55MHz good for 13.75MHz) SG51PH-60.0000 (60MHz good for 15 MHz) These are made by Epson and look like four legged IC's. As Supertimer mentioned it's important to observe the proper orientation, if you put it in wrong, you will damage it. Also for those who are interested the 12ns SRAMs I bought were made by Cypress PN: CY7C199-12PC Now if only I had a working TWGS or Zip GS to put these into...
