This is a .SHK file containing two sounds. One in stereo, the other mono. 
They were captured from Batman: The Animated Series. 

You get the Joker doing a nice drawn-out "Aaaahhhhgggh" with a "THUNK" at 
the end. Makes a NICE sound for system errors. :)
