This CDev lets you adjust record gain of your Sonic Blaster sound card.
So you can use sound applications that do not know SB card.
Simply say to that applications you are using a generic card
(HyperStudio card, no-slot card etc  ).
Since this Cdev it's NO MORE mandatory to put SB slot to "your card".
SB record gain card is "BRamed" and automatically restored after each
boot.
