  * Table 2-2, which was to appear on page 10 of the Universal Parallel
 Interface Card manual, was left out.  Refer to the identical
 table 4-2 on page 19.

  * The Epson printer does not work properly with an Apple II parallel
    interface cable.  Wire the cable as specified in table 2-1 on page 8.

  * The UPIC switch must be set to Auto.

  * The SOS driver configuration block must be set to the values in table 4-2
    on page 19 for the Epson MX-80.
