Registration Info - The East Coast MIDI BBS East Coast MIDI was designed with you, the professional, in mind. There are 9 MIDI Conferences (SIG's / Special Interest Groups) avialable on the system. They are listed below: MIDI Conference 1: Atari 520/1040 ST MIDI Conference 2: IBM/Compatibles MIDI Conference 3: Apple/MACintosh MIDI Conference 4: Commodore 64/128 & AMIGA MIDI Conference 5: General MIDI Information MIDI Conference 6: Patches MIDI Conference 7: Technicians/Engineers Support MIDI Conference 8: Chocolate Pasta Productions Client Support MIDI Conference 9: The STEINBERG/Jones Support Hotline (Product Support for Atari ST users only) Conferences are available to you by completing [S]cript Questionnaire #1. This is required if you want to join any of the MIDI Conferences. You will be asked a series of questions. Please type the answers exactly as instructed, as your registration will be processed AUTOMATICALLY within 24 hours. The computer will expect your responses to match exactly! Don't worry, it's a very simple procedure that should take all of 40-60 seconds of your time! Once you've completed the [S]cript Questionnaire #1, you may log off and call again in 24 hours. Your registration will be updated to show you are now registered in your selected MIDI Conferences. You will have 5 days to evaluate the system. At that time, or at any time during the 5 day period, you may select [S]cript Questionnaire #3 to subscribe to ECM using a Visa, Master Card, Discover Card or American Express Card. This will ask you for your credit card information. All credit card payments are processed within 24 hours. Be sure you have entered your credit card number correctly! Over 100 meg of information is available on ECM. This information is for your use. Feel free to share a file or two (or three!). You'll only get out of the system what you put into it, so while uploading is not required, it is highly recommended! The message base/email system is another fine way to communicate with other users, many of whom have the same interests as you. Using the email system will prove to be your greatest asset here on ECM.
