Yup, although it is basically used as a ROM disk. You also get a little less than the full 8MB because a few banks are already taken by the motherboard ROM firmware. With a RamKeeper and two 8MB RAM cards, you can fill the entire 16MB address space, 8MB as system RAM and 8MB as ROM.
