I didn't think so. :) This was suggested before. The main barrier is the limitations of the RamFast card. The RamFast does not support some features of SCSI that these adapters use. The Apple High Speed does support these features, but that means your driver will only work with half the GS users out there. Freeware authors would probably be too bored to try writing one while commercial companies won't write for half a market.
