     You would need an Apple II system-- something like an enhanced //e. Also,
you often need to deprotect Apple II game software in order to obtain a disk
image.

     You can find nearly all of these on Asimov. For instance, Palace in
Thunderland is on a multi-game disk image in the games/file_based/ folder at 
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/games/file_based/ .

     Look for the .dsk.gz file name beginning 
"Awacs_BattleAtSea_JourneyToCenterOfEarth_PalaceInThunderland".
