It is a SmartPort hard disk drive.  You plug it into the IIc's floppy
drive port.  The drive looks like a 20MB floppy to the IIc.
The catch is that it will only work on UniDisk 3.5 capable IIc
units.

Just plug it in, load a ProDOS utility, and format the drive.
