If you start talking about super-res graphics and music and longer-play scenarios and ..., then, sure, a bigger BASIC is going to help. However, you would no longer have Eamon. Souping up Eamon to GS capabilities would damage an ancient gaming tradition. Instead, why not go for something like a zcode interpreter for authoring and running the newer interactive fiction (Text with pics and sound) adventures? Even better would be a game authoring and play system for IIgs AD&D "goldbox" adventures. (A very good example is SSI's "Unlimited Adventures" package for PC.)
