Got an interesting device I need to identify and possibly utilize... This burner came from an Apple II guy who was cleaning his house out about three years ago. He's looooooong gone now... Can't get ahold of him. It seems like it needs an interface card of some kind, and software to use it. And among his rubble, I didn't find an odd-ball. It doesn't need any external power... There's no AC adapter port that I can see. Seems like it gets its power from the interface card. The ribbon cable looks exactly like a Disk II cable. It's a 20-pin ribbon cable. There's no writing anywhere but the face of this unit. Anyone got a card and software out there so I can use this???? Thanks for any info!!! :) --- Bryan Villados Curator, Apple Museum For-a-Day http://www.macgeek.org/
