I recall an article describing the change of the formula to determine the cost of the stolen goods would be greatly liberalized. Boosting it well over 4x the older formula. These were the big boys they were talking about though. The mom-and-pop outfits that sold the goods. We had an outfit here in San Antonio that we busted for selling computer systems as-is.
