Description:  whereis searches certain directories (/bin, /usr/bin, /usr/man,
              et cetera) and reports the location of source, executables,
              and man pages.

	      This version has a single executable file that will detect
	      whether or not it is running under Gno and react accordingly
	      to make use of Gno's namespace.  (If it is running under Orca,
	      it will make use of the 31/ prefix.)

              As with v1.1, you may want "whereis" aliased to "whereis -c".
