This version began as a "maintainance release" when I found out that the previous version wouldn't compile on Ultrix. Apparently a badly-chosen variable name was conflicting with a routine in the Ultrix C library. I renamed the variable, and the problem seems to have gone away. I've also added a new command-line option (-o) which makes it possible to save the output files under a different name than the input file. The major change in this version is the documentation--I turned the old docs.unix file into a genuine UNIX man page. There is also a man page for the BinSCII format, in case anybody's interested in how bsc works. Enjoy.
